Hypochlorous Acid Generator SHC-1000 

SHC-1000  is a compact, low-maintenance, single stream system that generates hypochlorous acid (HOCl) at the range fo 50-500 ppm in solution through the electrolysis of dilute HCL and water. The system uses patented electrolysis cells that are unique in that they generate a stable HOCl molecule that is electrically neutral and with high oxidation potential (>800 mV), contributing to its effectiveness against microbial pathogens.

1. Rinse soak disinfection:

Hypochlorous acid solution added to the water for rinsing and soaking food processing can effectively kill pathogenic microorganisms on the surface of the product, without affecting the appearance and taste of the product, and the solution will degrade into salt and water after sterilization, safe without residue. 

2.  Personnel, vehicles and environment disinfection:

Hypochlorous acid solution can be automatically added in proportion to wash hands and soak boots, disinfection in and out of vehicles, and can also be used for spray disinfection in production workshops, without workers leaving the field, no harm to people, no corrosion to equipment and vehicles, no pollution to the environment. 

3. Workshop tools disinfection:
