Add a specially designed perfluorinated ion membrane between the anode and cathode of the ion exchange membrane electrolyzer (only sodium ions are allowed to migrate from the anode to the cathode, and water and other ions cannot pass through the ion membrane), completely separating the anode and cathode. The anode chamber is filled with saturated salt water, and the cathode chamber is filled with clean water. The electrolysis power supply provides DC energy below 12 volts to the cathode and anode of the ion exchange membrane electrolysis cell. During the electrolysis process, the anode generates Cl2, while the cathode generates NaOH and H2; The Cl2 produced by electrolysis reacts with the sodium hydroxide produced by the cathode in the sodium hypochlorite generation system to generate a sodium hypochlorite solution.
