Product advantage
The sodium hypochlorite generator is made of soft water (equipped with a water softener) and iodine-free table salt
(or other salts with a purity of over 98%). It is filtered and softened by the water source at the front end of the soft
water terminal or RO reverse osmosis. Sodium chloride with a purity of over 98% is added to the molten salt tank
to dissolve and form saturated table salt water,The electrolysis cell of the sodium hypochlorite generator generates
chlorine gas (CL2) through the ion diaphragm electrolysis cell anode and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) through the
cathode, which are then transferred to the reactor for chemical reaction to form a 0.8% concentration of sodium hypochlorite.
0.8% concentration sodium hypochlorite solution is produced by a continuous electrochlorination process, which utilizes an
electric current with a diaphragm to electrolyze saturated salt water, convert salt water into chlorine gas and sodium
hydroxide, and then transfer it to a reactor to produce 0.8% concentration sodium hypochlorite.
