The SHC-150 Sodium Hypochlorite Generator is a small equipment that consists of a pre-treatment system (including solution tank and clean water tank), an electrolysis system (including electrolysis tank and electrical control system), and a storage and dosing system (including storage tank, hydrogen discharge system, and dosing equipment). The raw materials required for equipment production are water and iodine-free table salt (water requires a TDS of less than 450mg/l, and salt requires a purity of more than 99%).
This type of small equipment can produce over 300KG of sodium hypochlorite solution per day, with an effective chlorine concentration basically stable at 6000-8000PPM, and can process 300000 tons of water per day.
