Performance characteristics:

1. The system adopts the quantitative ratio of softened water and saturated brine to ensure the stable ratio of dilute brine, obtain accurate dilute brine concentration, and monitor the concentration of dilute brine in real time to ensure stable operation of electrolysis.

2. The cathode and anode of the electrode plate in the electrolytic cell assembly are all made of pure titanium as the base material, and the anode is coated with 20 nanometer ruthenium iridium precious metal particles, and the electrode service life is more than 5 years.

3. The system adopts marine-grade high-frequency stable constant current power supply, and the efficiency is > 93%

4. Using a new type of high corrosion-resistant electrolytic cell, the electrolytic cell can bear a pressure of more than 0.5Mpa, and the electrolytic cell will not leak during the life cycle of the equipment.

5. Using the DC low-voltage electrolysis method (electrolysis voltage <36V), the on-site personnel will not cause danger when they touch the electrode by mistake, and there are no danger sources such as high voltage, steam, and high temperature.

6. PLC automatic control, intelligent industrial man-machine interface, support a variety of communication protocols, and can realize comprehensive data remote transmission and monitoring with the host computer.
