Sodium Hypochlorite Generator Effective Chlorine Production 10kg

The SHC-10000 Sodium Hypochlorite Generator is a small equipment consisting of a pre-treatment system (including solution tanks and clean water tanks), an electrolysis system (including electrolysis tanks and electrical control systems), a storage and dosing system (including storage tanks, hydrogen emission systems, and dosing equipment). The raw materials required for equipment production are water and iodine free table salt (water requires a TDS of less than 450mg/l, and table salt requires a purity of more than 99%).

This type of small equipment has a daily output of over 20Ton of sodium hypochlorite solution, with an effective chlorine concentration basically stable at 6000-8000PPM, and a daily processing water volume of 20000000tons.
