1、Water pressure inspection: Check if the water pressure meets the requirements and open the water pipe valve.

2、Pipeline system valve inspection: Check whether all manual valves on each pipeline are in the correct position 

and switched to the correct state.

3、Control system inspection: Check if the control system has power supply and if the display is normal after power 

transmission. Avoid damage to control systems and equipment.

4、Inspection of metering pump: Check whether the inlet and outlet pipes of the metering pump are securely fastened 

and free from leakage. Start the metering pump for a short period of time and check if it is working properly. 

If there are any abnormalities, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

5、Check if the salt level inside the salt dissolving tank is normal.

6、Before starting the machine, confirm again that the valve switch position of the pipeline system is correct.

7、Power on the control system, check and set the frequency value, residual chlorine or flow value of the metering pump.

8、Press the button to start the electrolysis system and dosing system.
